Tenders and RFPs, answered
How do I send an RFP to Brand1?
Use the form on this page: upload the tender pack or link to your procurement portal, and give the deadline and a contact. Brand1 acknowledges every RFP the same working day with a named partner, sends clarification questions within your tender's window, and submits a complete response on your template before the deadline. You can also email hello@brand1.ai.
Does Brand1 respond to tenders?
Yes. Brand1, a brand and creative studio, responds to tenders and RFPs for brand strategy, brand identity, rebranding, campaigns, films and brand governance, including those filed under “branding agency” or “creative agency”. We complete supplier onboarding forms and security questionnaires, and supply a vendor pack with company details, our AI and Content Credentials policy and data protection terms.
What is in Brand1's vendor pack?
The vendor pack covers what procurement teams usually ask for: company and registration details, insurance, the data protection notice and processing terms, the AI and Content Credentials policy, how we keep client data out of shared AI models, our sign-off process, and standard terms. Prices are scope-dependent and sent on the price sheet, not published on the website.
Who owns the work Brand1 delivers?
You do. On payment, the intellectual property in the delivered work is assigned to you under a fixed scope agreed in writing. Every logo and mark is drawn by a named designer, which matters for copyright, and every delivered file carries Content Credentials showing the tools used and the human edits made. Third-party licences, such as fonts or stock, are listed separately.
