How we use what you send us

Brand1 is the controller of the details in this form (your name, work email, phone if given, organisation, role, the needs you select and anything you write). We use them for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a Brand Health Scan or a proposal. Our lawful basis is your consent, given below.

We keep these details for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete them, unless you become a client.

You can access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its use, take a copy, or withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: email privacy@brand1.ai or see your rights. If you are not satisfied, write to our data protection contact; you may also complain to your data protection supervisory authority.

Starting a brand project, answered

How do I start a project with Brand1?

Send a short enquiry through the form on this page or email hello@brand1.ai. Say where your brand is today and what is changing. A partner reads it the day it arrives and suggests the right first step: a free one-week Brand Health Scan, a 5-day Brand Foundations Sprint, or a conversation about a full identity or campaign.

How quickly does Brand1 reply?

A partner replies to every enquiry within 2 working days, usually sooner. Tenders and RFPs are acknowledged the same working day with a named partner. The price sheet is sent by email within minutes of your request. If your enquiry is urgent, say so in the first line and we will call you to agree a time.

How much does a brand project cost?

Cost depends on scope: how many audiences, markets, touchpoints and languages the work covers, and how fast you need it. We don't publish prices on the website. Request the price sheet for every offer, its scope, duration and terms, or start with the free Brand Health Scan, which costs nothing and shows where your brand stands.

Where is Brand1 based, and who does it work with?

Brand1's studio is in Chennai, and the studio works with clients worldwide, across time zones. We work with founders, family businesses, scale-ups and leadership teams in established organisations. Workshops and sprints run in person when it matters and remotely the rest of the time, with the same partners on the work from first call to launch.
