We publish a project once the client has signed it off. Until then, the specimen projects here are ours: fictional briefs, made in full, to show how we think and how we make. Each one is labelled as a specimen.

What kind of work does Brand1 make?
Brand1, a brand and creative studio, makes brand strategy, brand identity design and rebranding, launch campaigns, brand films, communications and digital brand experiences. The work here shows identity systems, campaign assets and film. Named people author every mark and sign off every piece; AI tools are used to multiply the expression across formats, never to replace that authorship.
What is a specimen project?
A specimen project is a fictional brief that Brand1 makes in full, from strategy to finished artwork, to show how the studio thinks and works. Specimen projects are always labelled as such. The companies, people and quotes in them are invented, and reference photographs are licensed and credited. No specimen project is presented as paid client work.
When will Brand1 publish client work?
Brand1 publishes a client project only once the client has signed it off for publication. The first client case studies are planned for 2027. Until then, this page shows specimen projects and client zero, the studio’s own brand identity, so you can judge the thinking and the craft before you start a conversation with us.
How long does a branding or campaign project take?
It depends on scope. At Brand1, a Brand Foundations Sprint takes 5 days, an Identity Programme usually runs 8 to 14 weeks, and a Launch Campaign with a launch film runs 4 to 8 weeks. A free Brand Health Scan takes about a week. Fees are scope-dependent and not published; a price sheet is available on request.
