A family-owned textile group, founded 1962, brought under one identity.
An identity you can own, everywhere it appears.
Brand1, a brand and creative studio, designs complete brand identities for companies worldwide: logo, visual and verbal identity, motion, sound, custom type and living brand guidelines.
Verbal, visual, motion and sonic identity, with every mark drawn by a named designer.
An identity is a promise made visible. We design the whole system at once (name, voice, mark, type, colour, motion and sound) so it holds together on a shop front, a screen and a cardboard box alike.
Verbal, visual, motion and sound, approved as one system rather than piece by piece.
The identity at work on the places people meet it first.
A guidelines site your team and partners can use from day one.

A brand identity covers everything people see and hear of a brand: the name and tone of voice, logo or wordmark, typography, colour, imagery style, iconography, motion and sound. At Brand1 it also includes the first key applications, master artwork files and living brand guidelines, so the whole system works from day one rather than piece by piece.
At Brand1 a full Identity Programme, covering strategy, naming if needed, verbal and visual identity, the first applications and the codified system (Brand Source), takes 8 to 14 weeks. A strategy-only Brand Foundations Sprint takes 5 days. A launch campaign for the new brand typically takes a further 4 to 8 weeks. Timings depend on the number of brands and decision-makers involved.
A logo is one mark; a brand identity is the whole system around it. The identity includes the voice, typography, colour, imagery, motion, sound and the rules that hold them together. A logo alone cannot make a brand recognisable on a shop front, a screen and a cardboard box. A consistent identity system can.
No. Every logo, wordmark and symbol Brand1 makes is drawn and finished by a named designer, with the exploration kept on record, so authorship and ownership are clear. AI is used to scale the expression of the brand, in imagery, film, formats and content, once the identity has been authored and signed off by the client.
Brand guidelines are the rules for using a brand: how the logo, colour, type, imagery and voice should and should not be used. Brand1 delivers them as a living guidelines site rather than a static PDF, so teams, partners and AI tools all work from the same current source, with downloadable assets and clear examples.
